Everyday Leaders Institute
Using a structured, year-long skill-building program, we train activists and movement leaders to strengthen collaboration and equity in their leadership, decision-making, and community engagement practices.
The Everyday Leaders Institute is an innovative approach to leadership development that foregrounds authentic community engagement, collective leadership, and intergenerational collaboration to support a network of emerging leaders in gaining the tools, knowledge, and skills to address community problems.
This initiative creates a space of collective learning and co-creation in which a multiracial and intergenerational cohort can reimagine authentic relationships and build on community assets together.
The Everyday Leaders Institute curriculum includes affinity-group work, independent reflection, interactive and experiential learning that complements “classroom” instruction.
